ACC Senior Services
ACC Senior Services established Meals on Wheels by ACC as a separate 501(c)3 non-profit organization to serve in place of the Senior Nutrition Program that was discontinued by the Sacramento County Department of Human Assistance in 2010. To ensure efficient operations, Meals on Wheels Board of Directors appointed ACC as its Managing Agent to oversee administrative, financial, human resources and fund development matters. However, both ACC Senior Services and Meals on Wheels by ACC are separate organizations, independently, and no funding is shared.
