Our home-delivered meal services are for Sacramento County seniors 60 and above. To be eligible for our home-delivered meal program, you must:
- Be aged 60 or above
- Reside in Sacramento County
- Be homebound or have difficulty leaving your home due to illness, chronic health issues, and/or limited support.
- Unable to prepare meals or shop for yourself.
- A recent hospital stay or ongoing health problems.
If you are interested in receiving home-delivered meals from Meals on Wheels by ACC, please call our office at (916) 444-9533 anytime between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday to Friday. You can also send us a note using the form below, and someone from our team will get back to you. Family members, caregivers, and social services agencies may also contact us on a senior’s behalf.
