Meals on Wheels by ACC would like to invite you to partner with us for a very special program, our “Project Warm Wishes”. Now through December 10th, we invite you to make a cash donation which will allow us to purchase items to keep our seniors warm and cozy through the winter months. With your donation, gifts such as blankets, scarves, socks, gloves and other cozy items will be purchased for our Sacramento seniors who otherwise may be forgotten during this holiday season.
